(1) If an overseas investor invests in the province and has accumulated tax payment of more than RMB 100,000 within 3 years (including the bidding year), one of the business licenses for entering and leaving the Mainland can be granted within the validity period of the contract; the accumulated tax amount is 50. If the amount is more than 10,000 yuan, the second vehicle will be allowed to be handled; if the accumulated tax amount is more than 1 million yuan, the third vehicle will be allowed to be handled. Foreign investors who have applied for commercial vehicles entering and leaving the Mainland Hong Kong and Macao through other ports are not subject to the previous quantitative restrictions and can meet the above requirements. Investors include companies, companies, other economic organizations or individuals outside the country.
Applicants should provide the following materials:
(1) "Application Form for Motor Vehicles and Drivers' Driving in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao" (can be downloaded through the download section of the "Office Hall" of the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Bureau Traffic Administration Network www.gdgajj.gov.cn, the same below);
(2) If it is a Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan investment enterprise, it shall be submitted to the "Taiwan-Hong Kong and Macao Overseas Investment Enterprise Approval Certificate" or "Foreign Investment Enterprise Change Readiness Receipt";
If it belongs to a foreign investment enterprise, it shall be submitted to the "Approval Certificate of the Foreign Investment Enterprise of the People's Republic of China" or the "Return of the Foreign Investment Enterprise".
If it is a foreign-funded financial institution, it shall submit the Financial Business License and the approval of the China Banking Regulatory Commission (foreign financial institutions);
Those who belong to overseas investment schools, medical institutions, joint law firms, etc., submit the approval documents of relevant departments;
(3) "Business License of Enterprise Legal Person" or other supporting documents;
(4) Enterprise tax payment certificate (subject to online verification);
(5) Investor registration documents;
Who is a Hong Kong limited company, submits the Business Registration Certificate of the Business Registration Office of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the company and the Company Registration Certificate of the Companies Registry;
For Hong Kong Unlimited Company, submit the company's Business Registration Certificate of the Business Registration Office of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Business Registration Office of the Inland Revenue Department, "Application for Business Registration of Individuals Operating in Hong Kong" (ie company search);
A Macao company, submitted to the company's Macao Special Administrative Region Government "Business Registration Certificate";
For Taiwanese companies, provide Taiwan business registration documents;

(6) Motor vehicle registration documents;
Provide the Motor Vehicle Registration Document of the Transport Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. Where the vehicle owner registration name is inconsistent with the investor's name, the following information shall be provided to prove that there is a affiliation (sub-parent, shareholder or director):
If the investor is a Hong Kong limited company, the "Annual Return of the Companies Registry of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government" is required;
Investors who are Hong Kong unlimited companies are required to provide the Business Registration Office of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government Taxation Bureau's Business Registration Office for Individuals Operating in Hong Kong;
If the investor is a Macao company, the “Registration Certificate of Business Registration” of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government shall be provided;
Investors who are overseas companies are required to provide overseas company equity relationship documents and be certified and translated by a Hong Kong law firm approved by the Ministry of Justice.
(7) Driver's ID;
For those who are residents of Hong Kong or Macao, submit the "Hong Kong and Macao Residents' Travel Permit to the Mainland";
If it is a foreign citizen, submit a foreign "passport" (a Chinese translation translated by a Hong Kong and Macao law firm approved by the provincial notary office or the Ministry of Justice);
Motor Vehicle Driving License of the People's Republic of China;

(1) "Application Form for Motor Vehicles and Drivers Driving in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau";
(2) The CPPCC committee or the people's congress in the region issues a letter of application from the Hong Kong and Macao CPPCC members and the NPC deputies to handle the entry and exit of the business license for the Mainland and Hong Kong.
Applicants who are members of the provincial CPPCC and deputies to the National People's Congress, respectively, provide letters of application for the Hong Kong and Macao CPPCC members and NPC deputies to handle Hong Kong and Macao's entry and exit business vehicle licenses in the name of the Guangdong Provincial Political Consultative Conference and the General Office of the Guangdong Provincial People's Congress;
A member of the Hong Kong and Macao Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference or the Hong Kong and Macao representative of the National People's Congress, providing a letter of application for the Hong Kong and Macao CPPCC members and NPC deputies to handle the entry and exit of business licenses in Hong Kong and Macao in the name of the Central People's Government's Liaison Office in Hong Kong or Macao Special Administrative Region;

(4) Motor vehicle registration documents;

(2) The “Review and Confirmation Form for Overseas Chinese and Hong Kong and Macao Compatriots” confirmed by the People's Government of the listing (including Shunde District) at the prefecture level. At the prefecture level, the overseas Chinese affairs department of the listing (including Shunde District) must issue a letter to the provincial vehicle management office;
(3) the identity document of the donor;
